What We Collect: When you send us a message, we collect the name, e-mail address and message you provide, and we may also log your IP address. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect only the e-mail address you provide.
Why We Process It: We use your contact-form data solely to respond to your message, and your newsletter e-mail address solely to send you the newsletter you subscribed to. In both cases the legal basis is the explicit consent you give when submitting the form or ticking the subscribe box.
Cookies & Google Analytics: Separately from the data above, this site uses cookies. Essential cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be declined. Google Analytics (GA4) cookies are optional and only load if you accept them in this site's cookie consent notice; they collect anonymised page-view and interaction data and no personally identifiable information is sent to Google.
Sharing: We do not sell your data and do not combine it with data from other sources. We do not use it for any commercial or advertising purpose. Contact-form submissions are delivered by e-mail to the site owner and, if you asked for a copy, to you as well — nobody else receives them.
Retention: Contact-form data is deleted periodically once your request has been resolved. Newsletter e-mail addresses are kept only for as long as you remain subscribed and are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
