All works on my site (poems, texts, diaries, articles) belong to me, and all rights are reserved. You may only quote my works provided that you include an active link to the source (my site) and mention my name (author attribution).

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Mining

I do not consent to any of my content being used for training artificial intelligence (AI) models, large language models (LLMs), or machine learning systems (Text and Data Mining - TDM). The works I have written may not be collected via automated bots and crawlers and included in AI training datasets in any way.

3. Search Engines and AI Assistants

I permit AI-based search assistants to show references from my works (via RAG, etc.) when answering users, provided they provide a source link and author attribution.

4. Commercial Use

The works on my site may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold for commercial purposes without permission.
